01Can every person use a different plan?
Yes. Each mailbox is billed independently, so one person can use Starter while another uses Team or Business. You pay only for the plan assigned to each mailbox.
02Is a mailbox the same as a marketing contact?
No. A mailbox is a person or shared business address that receives mail. A marketing contact is a recipient in an audience. They have separate limits and separate billing.
03Do I need to move my domain to Darwa?
No. Keep your domain wherever it is registered and add the mail records we show you. Verification is guided and checked before mail moves over.
04Can I keep my existing mail?
Not automatically yet — guided IMAP migration is still being built. Today you can add the mailbox, connect both accounts in any IMAP client, and drag folders across, or keep the old inbox reachable by alias while you move over.
05Can my mailbox trigger an automation?
Not yet. You can host n8n, Dify, Langflow and five more agent runtimes on Darwa today and give them your own IMAP credentials, but a native mailbox trigger is the next thing we are shipping.
06Are mailboxes included with hosting?
Web Hosting plans include free mailboxes. Buy a professional plan when you need more mailboxes than your hosting plan covers, or more storage for one person.
